Hot Fresh Blackberry Cobbler Today!
Our fruit is from right here in the Ozarks. Picked and frozen the same day right down the road from our bakery.
A local music band was trying to get money together to make it to a venue in Washington State, and we bought all they could pick in the 3 short weeks when the berries where at the peak ripeness.

Thursday, Slow Today
This is the slowest day.... I guess everyone is watching their money this week, not a bunch of large sales this morning.
Any who, I baked Seeded Rye Breads for today. Merrill did Apple and Apricot Fried Pies and of course, all of our other usual fare.
Mom here at about 5:30 am to help open up. She was her Cheery self this morning.
Here is a pic of 2 of the Seeded Rye loaves. And a pic of Hubby, Merrill this morning.
